About Us
Caroline Stockmann is a big 4-trained chartered accountant (FCA,DChA) with 20 years of finance experience, 10 of those at CFO level. The youngest finance director in Bestfoods, Caroline took up the role of CFO Benelux in 1999, and has since had a range of assignments internationally with Unilever and Novartis. Latterly she has worked as Finance and Commercial Director at Southbank Centre, and in the past has also worked for KPMG, Cadbury Schweppes and Granada plc. Caroline has won a number of awards and recognition for her achievements in the areas of forecast improvement, performance measurement, compliance & control frameworks, and effective investment behind brands.
In her career thus far Caroline has uncovered and resolved a variety of issues ranging from mismanagement to fraud, and hence saved companies millions of pounds in total. Caroline demonstrates a true balance between the hands-on and the strategic, and has never missed a target yet.
Caroline is a Trustee of Sue Ryder Care and Board member of the Rehearsal Orchestra. She speaks seven languages, and has trained as an expert coach and mentor. She is also an international speaker on a range of subjects.
